  • If an original invoice is unavailable, an equipment schedule will do.

'Usage' information will also be helpful.  This includes:

  • Gantry rotations
  • Date of component replacement (ie. x-ray tubes, image intensifiers, and compressors)

If available, the following data would also be useful:

  • Servicing Information
  • Serial Number(s)
  • Year of manufacture
  • Model
  • Location
